I bought a truck from Iowa and was manufactured by Custom Vac. After receiving the truck i needed parts and advice, So i contacted Various people from different depts . After finally now that everyone knows who i am after numerous calls (Good One ) They helped me out whenever i needed something. Makes me feel like family. Terrible company to deal with. We are the shipping company here in Alberta and delivered some goods to Custom Vac. They are refusing to pay the bill saying they don't remember what they ordered. Even though we provided them with the waybill signed by their receiver, they do not wish to acknowledge it and refusing further communication.
