Dawn is the most incredible woman! We went to see her because my son needed a helmet. My doctor stated that she was beyond impressed with all of the notes Dawn sent her. She said she had never seen anything like it and was so appreciative. Dawn was never late for an appointment and was always so kind to us. She did not pressure us at all to get a helmet. We chose to go with Dawn and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My son’s head shape has improved so much and everyone is in absolute disbelief in the change. The before and after pictures are remarkable and he only wore it for three months. Thank you for your kindness and your knowledge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Loved my experience here! The staff was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable through the entire process. Katie and Dawn both answered every one of my questions and provided me with amazing service. I will absolutely be returning and would recommend them to anyone!!
I had the displeasure of using their services in November 2018 for custom insoles. Almost 500, they didn't even last ONE YEAR. I returned them since they were of ZERO use to me. I got ZERO response from them. I included a letter outlining my disgust and the names of TWO other Orthotic Companies here in London I had dealt with where the products lasted OVER FIVE YEARS. My recommendation....WALK AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS (If you're able to) their disregard for the customer is a disgrace. They don't deserve your business.
My experience was great! I needed foot orthotics and was hesitant about getting them, but the team at Custom Orthoics of London made it easy. They were very welcoming and friendly, which helped my apprehension. The orthoics feel great and I've been using them for 2 years without any problems.
Katie and Dawn did a great job on my sons cranial remodeling. Our primary care was looked after by katie and in all honesty she is amazing. She always makes time for her clients, whether it's an issue after hours, a smiling face at your visit or the kindness she shares with everyone of her patients. Appointments were always on schedule, very responsive, and when any issues arise she always does her best to squeeze you in. Our sons head is as perfect as we could have asked for.
