Im very impressed from the treatment I got from Trina at Custom Foot Clinic (I was treated at the Guelph's Clinic) She is very professional with a lot of experience and knowledge. She answered all my questions during appointments and if I had additional questions she answered via email with extra personal care. You dont get it with any service giver, especialy ones that see so many patients per day. It is very refreshing to get this attention alongside admirable expertise.

"I am a senior and I love to walk. I was using the Velodrome walking track facility in the winter months. My right foot ball joint was hurting and hampering my ability to walk as I was in pain. I finally looked up on Google and was impressed with the write up of Dr. Trina Scarrow. I made the appointment and that was the beginning of the end of my long history of pain in my right foot ball joint. From the get go, she was one determined doctor to make me get back to pain free walking. She wanted to try different approaches so she designed 2 different orthotics for me to try. In less than a month, she was able to design the perfect prescription for my orthotics. She would not quit till I was satisfied and was painless when I went walking. Trina was able to quickly assess and diagnose the source of my heel pain and after a short and painless procedure, I'm as good as new. I would recommend Trina to anyone and I will return to see her with any foot care needs.
I've had a problem with my left foot for 30yrs which caused me pain and discomfort. I didn't know if it was a corn or what it was. Trina was able to diagnose it and treat it within minutes. Turns out it was scar tissue from stepping on a nail as a child. Trina treated it and the pain and build of of dead skin has disappeared. Extremely grateful to Trina and I can't believe it's gone after all these years.
Great Doctor, she saw me quickly and then recommended a short procedure which gave me great relief from pain. I should have seen her long ago. Orthotics provided are a good quality and fit perfectly. Hours are very convenient and she was very accommodating to my needs.
