I went there to ask them to suggest a water based organic lube because silicone lube ruined my good sheets. They sold me one and told me how great it was. I got home and realized it was silicone lube (but it was organic)!! I brought it back with the bill and with the seal still on it and explained their mistake. They apologized for selling me the 40 lube but refused to take the exchange due to store policy. I told them it was their mistake and by eating this 40 charge they could keep a customer who would spend 100s of dollars over the years with them. They didn't see the value in that nor the value in eating the cost since the error was theirs. They lost a customer who has already spent over 100 in their store over a 40 mistake they made. Horrible business ethics. 1 star. They should know the difference between silicone and water based. And they should know the value of a customer. But they know nothing, Jon Snow. Smh...

Terrible service for an adult shop. Unhelpful staff, unknowledgable. Store looks sketchy. Go anywhere else but this chain.

I went into the store feeling completely self-conscious and embarrassed. All that went away in a matter of moments. Not only was the staff member friendly, but she was very knowledgeable, making my purchases easy.
