Amazing facility and selection. I’ve shopped there three times: The yard staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Each time I’ve gone I was shocked by the grumpy And unresponsive inside staff..... not so friendly. They are all staring into computer screens and when you approach they barely look up at you. Once you have their attention you get the feeling that you’re burdening them. Don’t expect anyone to ask “can I help you?”. If you know what you want it’s a good place to go.... not so much for the DIY people.
Good service with great prices
Could not match contractor's prices from Rona, Powell River. Very slow service at a contractor desk. I was first up in line and still took over 20 minutes to get served. Store look like ghost town and now we know why.
Great company. They always take care of us and meet our every need.
