Great service, water and information. My favourite thing about Culligan is that they inform you to make the best decision for your family. Had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning, but the lady was able to make things better by going above and beyond to make things better! The best part was how informed we felt after our rep, Matthew, came to visit and the follow up. The taste of the water is better than any filtration system.

I just wanted to let you know that Jacob your service guy came to our house today on within the window of time when he called this morning he had his mask on The whole time. He was here answered all my questions and even took his boots off at the front door (we do not wear shoes in our house) it was very nice to see him do that without being asked. Had a new one replacing an older model Culligan system installed in 2016, staff are excellent as well as installers. However if your deal includes Salt, have them delivered right away. Mine included 8 bags, and if you read it carefully it might say in 1st year as mine did. I had lots of salt left over from previous Water softener so I exceeded the 1st year so I never got the 8 bags listed in my contract when I called to see if I could get the salt. Plus my flow meter had to be replaced this year so might have been an issue.
We had decided to install the Culligan water system and paid for it. However we changed our mind and called three days later to cancel the install. Melina Chong was very understanding and cancelled the install and when we called for the credit card payment she sent the credit within an hour. If we do decide then this will be the only company we will use. Great customer service and appreciate your understanding.
