Love how my dishes come out of dishwasher now. I never knew how soft water made the difference but it does. From the person who sold me unit, installer and salt deliverer and customer service over phone everyone has been professional, polite and answer all my questions and get back to me promptly. Very happy that I finally got a soft water system
