Culligan has been amazing to deal with. First, a person answers the phone and you are not having to listen to long messages and then redirected 2 times. My water was delivered within 3 days of signing up and every order after that has been when they said it would be. I am very happy with the service
They deliver on time, but they are very rude on the phone and they don't return calls Customer service is garbage. I've been getting water from them for years and when I have a problem with billing it is very frustrating to talk to them on the phone I recommend you find someone that actually gives a rats behind about there customers.
Have been ordering from Culligan - Surrey for under a year, and it's been a great experience in all aspects - communication, delivery, product quality. Definitely recommend.
