We always use Culligan salt for our soft water system at home, as we have very hard water in the area. The team at Culligan are always friendly and offer excellent service whether we come into the store or get the bags delivered. Also, if there is ever an issue, a professional Culligan tech will come out to our house to figure out the problem and find a solution. Our family is very happy with the contract we have with Culligan. Keep up the good work!

Reliable advisors and technicians. We recently moved from Windsor to Kitchener and the Culligan staff assisted with our transition to make things move smoothly. On the Windsor side, technicians are top notch as well as the Kitchener technicians. The support staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in assisting with customer needs. Kudos on both ends.
I received excellent service. When I didn't understand a bill, the service man explained it to me patiently until I understood it. He also brings the jugs into my front door as they are too heavy for me to pick up. Also the office staff was happy to provide me with my schedule for several months, when I lost it in my new computer. Thank you.
