Went here for windshield replacement for two vehicles over two days this week. Great experience. Kind and courteous and service second to none. Both vehicles were completed properly, ahead of promised time on both days and at a great price. I will absolutely be back, but hopefully not too soon. Oh, and I found out that these kind folks will also replace the three leaky sealed window units at my house very soon. Stay tuned for what I believe will be another positive experience. Super impressed with Crystal Glass!! Not only was Theresa super kind and helpful on the phone, but they located a used sun roof for me, saved me hundreds of dollars and installed it within hours of my initial phone call. Thank you sooooo much!!!
We take our work vehicles here for chip repairs or windshield replacement. So I decided to take my own car here as I needed a new windshield. They were fantastic and went over the top by even installing my wipers i had sitting on my front seat that I was going to put on after getting the new windshield. They installed those without me even asking them which I appreciate the extra mile they went. It was also the best price for a windshield in Lethbridge, definetely cant recommend them enough!
