Crystal Dreams St. Denis is definitely one of the best crystal stores I’ve ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and the variety of crystals is the best I’ve come across! They truly have everything.
Pretty interesting place. You go in there and you leave feeling zen with a cool looking rock. Pretty epic
Updated: the staff finally reached out and responded to me properly. They did all their best to help me and let me exchange with no questions asked. I was happy to finally get a better crystal necklace for myself and for my friend. They seem to be better quality. However, I do have a suggestion for the store to cleanse crystals upon purchase. I would be more at ease to know the crystals I got are cleaned and can be used right away. Sometimes, I question this and have to sage them myself to make sure before using them. NOT AT ALL happy with the quality of crystals I purchased and the service. The necklace I bought broke on its own after 3 weeks, the bracelet string got loosen and stretched after 2-3 weeks also. So disappointed in the quality. I just happened to purchase these items at the store right before the lockdown. I messaged the customer service here but the store stopped responding after a few messaging exchange. Then I emailed the store to get more clarification on the exchange and return process, but no response either. The store is currently closed to where I live in downtown area, so literally NO COMMUNICATION, and I'm stuck with bad quality products. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to purchase anything online at this time during quarantine if you run into issues like this, there's no way to exchange or return.
Love this store! I'm gonna come back when I can! The staff is amazing and friendly, they love to help out when you need to find a crystal. Prices are amazing! The store is very clean. I consider this place to everyone... Amazing prices, friendly staff and its clean. You can find Crystal's in this store that the others don't have. I love this store!
