Brought my car in for repairs and was greeted exceptionally by the staff. My concerns and needs were met one hundred percent. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and at a very good fee. Made an appointment a week in advance to have the alignment on my wife's car done. When she brought it in on the scheduled day she was told \it's not a great day for an alignment.\ She was then asked \what is the reason for the alignment\ and when she didn't know because I made the appointment the gentleman rolled his eyes at her. They didn't call when the work was complete causing the car to sit at the shop overnight unnecessarily. My apologies for trying to give you business and stay local. I will be taking my maintenance elsewhere in the future.
