Place is basically gone. It's under new management and that means, one basic, old pool table that costs a couple of loonies. Same as any seedy bar. Not even a pseudo cool pseudo dive bar.

Loved the ambience of this place. Been around forever. Feeling like a cold one or a game of billiards this is the place.
Walked in. Place is complete empty and bartender is watching TV at the back. He tells me the kitchen is closed. Kitchen is only open during the week. I ask for a pint and he says they only have bottles. Total dive bar. All they got is bottles of beer.
Not too bad if you like the smell of piss and flies.
The family that run this place make it special. Good tables to boot.
I think the owner now is trying to make it better an safer i do go there pool great food love the big burgers an always entertaining come on out an see for ur self instead of what it was u wont be disappointed
when I visit it's under renovation staff was good. overall it is ok.
I personally love this place. It's a proper dive. The staff is great, the booze and pool are cheap and it's never too crowded.
