Lianne and Steve care. Like, actually care - there are no falsities when it comes to the nurturing and love they feel towards their furry guests. My sweet Hugh is a really shy and skittish cat. He doesn't adjust well to certain situations, but it was evident that Lianne and Steve cared about his well being; they put up with my check-in calls, they ensured his comfort by selecting him a kennel that was higher up and a tad bit away from other cats, and they followed up with me and wanted to see how Hugh was doing back at home. They are prompt, professional, and above all, they are compassionate people who truly understand humans and their most precious companions. I couldn't recommend Cross Creek more

In a desperate time with no home for our family to move into right away, cross creek Cattery helped out. A beautiful setting with a warm welcome put my heart at ease.
Amazing quality of care! As owners of a diabetic cat, its really hard for us to ever get away. I am so thankful for cross creek cattery. They took amazing care of our fur baby, and the area is large and very clean. Staff is friendly, and even sent me pictures while we were away. I am so greatful we found someone who takes such good care of our kitty, especially with insulin injections. We can't wait to come back!

Our cat, Harley, has spent lots of time here. Some short stays and , most recently, 20 days. It was the usual great experience. Wonderful and caring staff.
We have been bringing our cat here for 5 years - leaving her for 10 days to 25 days. The staff is amazing, the place is spotless and she is very well cared for. Lots of windows for bird watching, time to play and large cages with various ledges for dangling. They know the cats and all their quirks and issues. Very grateful that we don't have to worry about her while we are enjoying our trips.
Highly recommended Cross Creek Cattery. The space is large, bright and clean and the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. An amazing environment.
