I went with them to Nepal in 2016, it was the most amazing experience of my life. They take great care of you and you really get a chance to feel like a local and live like the locals do... its different than tourism! highly recomended. If you contact the organizers, they will put you in contact with those who have been on their expereinces and you can ask all the questions! its worth an email... it changed my life!!
