This store is a scam. I had store credit, purchased shoes for my baby and I paid extra. When I returned them because they didn’t fit him, they didn’t refund the full money I paid. Instead they only offered store credit. I ended up with more store credit than I started with before purchasing the shoes. What kind of store doesn’t do refunds for unused/unopened baby items within 7 days? The cashier was rough and seemed she had no clue about baby products. In addition, I found the merchandise overpriced compared to other stores. Not a positive experience at this store at all.

I absolutely love this store! It is my go-to for all things needed. I find the staff (especially Tracey) super knowledgeable and so helpful. She makes it a pleasure to shop at crocodile baby and is always sweet and friendly. I’ve ordered items and they arrive quickly, I even get a msg from Tracey the minute it is in store. I will definitely continue making this my main baby store.
This store is a scam and going out of business. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Got a gift for my baby shower and apparently I am not allowed to return it or get a refund. Please do yourself a favour and do not shop with these people. Talked to the owner on the phone and she straight lied saying she was not the owner to try and get away with such poor service. Sad to see a company full of liars and scammers!!!
Crocodile Baby is great for finding high-quality, practical baby items. While the prices are high, they are the same as they are for similar products elsewhere, and the 10% back from registry, and the purchasing points are fantastic incentives. I very much appreciated the honest information I was provided from Sales Associates regarding various products. A lovely local business to support!
There is almost nothing in this store, and anytime we inquired about an item it was also "we have to order it in and it will be 6-8 weeks". We were watched like hawks during our 10 minute stay and made us feel so uncomfortable. Will not be back which is a shame since it's the closest baby store to us.
At first glance you may be put off by the price tags, but they carry amazing quality items and their prices are in line with what I have researched. Also their customer care is friendly, helpful, compassionate without being overbearing. I think I've found my happy place!
Walked around with my mom, the lady working there followed us around closely and started at us the whole time, didn't say a word. We felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out.
