Went to this store today and will not darken their door ever again. It was about 3pm Monday afternoon and there was not another customer in the store and I approached the sales clerk behind the counter for assistance as I am not a knitter. As I hope the management reads this review, the only way for me to identify this clerk is that she had dreadlocks. She was non welcoming, curt and unprofessional. I was there to make a purchase of yarn and needles for a special project. I left without making a purchase and will not return!

Lovely yarn shop, with a good selection of yarns, fibres and tools. The woman working in the shop was friendly and very knowledgeable, and we had a great conversation. Definitely worth a visit for anyone interested in fibre crafts.
Staff seemed friendly enough. Seemed to cater towards knitters. Lots of high end yarn. Picked up a beautiful skein that was laced with golden fibre - quickly put it down when I realized it was 60! Yikes! Pricey, but the quality must be good. Huge selection of sock yarns. Well laid out store.
