I doubt in general that people enjoy dealing with collections, however, there is a way to deal with clients who owe money. This company is by far the worst of the worst. Threats like no other, intimidating language, terrible communication skills. Absolutely not willing to make arrangements with you. I was actually told that I was lucky that Covid is affecting things right now, otherwise I would be in court. I’ve been paying my credit card religiously and not in small increments and god forbid you hit 29 days, they will call and intimidate you further. I’d be surprised if the person on the other line knew how to smile. You are calling people who have clearly been through a tough time. A little compassion goes a long way.

I know of somebody in the office giving out information on clients. When I phoned to reported I got yelled at. They treated me like I did something wrong. If this is the way they treat someone who owes nothing and is reporting a serious security breech that an issue cannot reply to you but as I said I did try calling to reported she yelled at me and . She said I was doing something wrong. Pull the call she kept saying it was recoded

These people actually tampered with a post dated cheque, they altered the date so they could cash it on a Friday cheque was dated for a Saturday. So big deal they couldnt wait till Monday? Also the bank where it was deposited should not have even cashed it. I'm going after these idiots AND their bank both did something illegal.

This complaint is about St Catherine’s credit Corp company and another sh*tty company they are working for (H&R Block Callingwood in Edmonton, Alberta Canada) I will sue both companies if they don’t fix this sh*t. (Original post to H&R block in Callingwood Edmonton, AB)-\u003eWorst company ever! Do not go here. I still feel robbed giving them one star just to write this. This place is unorganized and unprofessional, I went to do my taxes here and they were taking forever! so I said I’ll just go somewhere else. Another story short they said that my tax return would only be enough to payback their fees so I said, “no I’m good, I’ll do my business elsewhere”. So after that they ended up charging me 647 without even trying to contact me first, I had just built my credit up to where I wanted it and they reported it to the credit companies without me even knowing. So as my credit goes down severely because of this 647, I don’t know why doing my taxes would cost that much? Is their paper made of 24k gold? They must have the Queen there doing their taxes I’d assume. Also, it was only for one years taxes. Anyways, I will never deal with this company again, I’d say go somewhere else or do your taxes yourself, total waste of time and energy. As my credit starts climbing to good standings, the du*basses report it only this year (2019) when this happened two years ago. For some reason they needed to report this two years after? It’s not right, I filed a dispute and I will be suing HnR block for 15,000 for defamation, false claims and lost income. I find that fair for the troubles. Either they remove it from my credit report or they won’t be getting their 647 and I’ll be getting 15,000, I have a pretty good lawyer that’s looking at some of that cash to. So they better get on it and take that sh*t of my credit report A.S.A.P.
