This place is full of crooks I have never been treated like this from a company I don't care what kind of businesses you run but no one who deals with people should pick up the phone asking where there money is with out even saying hello first. I have a been taking there harrassment all through Covid they called me 8 times in 7 days asking for the money threatening my credit and legal action against me and when I made payments no receipt was given and when I asked for a summary a poor excuse of an email was sent to me with just a total and where to send the money.... Heads up complaint has been made

Violated rights, privacy laws not to mention they started being defensive right away, rude and the manager was threatening. If they are legit, than they did not follow and abide by protocols they're supposed to. Manager was condescending saying he could look up the number on Google. Gave false information. Unprofessional! They didn't want to believe that there was no debt was due. I saw some reviews on other sites saying they are scammers, and by the behavior on the phone, I'm inclined to believe those reviews. Already posted on a few sites with the experience I had from them and proof they called me and not the person they asked for. negative 10 out of 5. Beware of information you give out. I really do worry that they are scammers due to the behaviour they showed. I also felt it appropriate to report my suspicion to the appropriate authorities.

Janice Powell called and started to yell and demand to get her money which was already paid. She then said \I am not a baby sitter you have to look after your own charges\ I then said I already paid it and she said you'll have to pay us directly and we want it NOW and then hung up. FYI, credit fax only gets paid as commission from the “overdue” bills. Mine was 120 and her commission was less than 23. Lol
