I placed an order in May for my organization - required packaging for client gifts. After not receiving my order, being issued a faulty tracking number and months of follow up I have been told Creative packaging will not be issuing a refund as the package was \lost in transit\ and it is now in the hands of Canada Post to issue me a refund? I would highly encourage not using Creative Packaging and sourcing through another vendor as my experience has been a complete run around.
