Quiet, clean, inexpensive laundry on site, working wifi, friendly and helpful hosts/owners, and close to Cranbrook Community Forest with great bike trails. What's not to like.

A good one night stop on a long journey...good services and clean bathrooms. Friendly host too.

Not our type of RV park. Mostly seasonals, didn't have a particularly safe vibe. Might be considered a 'stereotypical RV park' if you were describing it to friends. Good location right off the highway, but there are nicer places a little further west.
