Phillip rented some gps tracking equipment from our company for a month. He returned it a week late, missing parts including the waterproof cap and now he is insisting on a full refund. I'm not sure why he needed this covert GPS tracking system but it is clear that the unit was misused without the waterproof cap and the unit has been compromised. He has decided to start writing negative reviews on our company site because he feels he has been wronged because we didn't offer him his full refund. We have tried to come to a reasonable agreement with him but he doesn't seem to be a person that you can reason with. We would never do any business with this character again. I'm not sure he is still with this company but when you search his name on google it leads back to this company.
