I had a very positive experience buying a new car from Cranbrook Hyundai. Dallas Steinbach our salesman was knowledgeable about the electric car we bought. Dallas communicated clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. Tamara handled the paperwork flawlessly and efficiently. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to us. First off, I’m not one to post reviews, but I had to share my thoughts for this one. If you want to buy a car from a honest and straightforward dealership, Cranbrook Hyundai is where you should go. I’m very happy with my new Santa Fe, and am very impressed with the dealership. Not only was Tom a great salesman, but the whole team is a pleasure to do business with. Don’t hesitate, go there!

Dallas, internet sales manager, called and sent any information needed quickly. Tammy, finance manager, dealt with the paperwork quickly, to everyone's satisfaction. My experience with Hyundai was excellent from the moment I walked in the door.... Devin was an amazing salesman was willing to accommodate me and my schedule right from the start... I found my perfect vehicle straight away and I still love it.... Tammy in finance was like a magical being she was so efficient!! I told them what I wanted and for my trade in and what I wanted my payments to be they made it happen I would recommend Devin and Tammy any day of the week every other member of staff I encountered there was also very friendly and helpful.
Cranbrook Hyundai has been amazing to us! Helped us get out of a vehicle we were not happy with and overpaying for into our Santa Fe, which I absolutely love and for a price we can afford. We have recommended multiple friends and family to them and they have all ended up with a vehicle they love as well and have thanked us for the referral. We will be upgrading our other vehicle in the near future as well and there’s no way we won’t be going to Cranbrook Hyundai! Everything from sales to finance was so easy to deal with. Also, shout out to the service department who has been a breeze to deal with for my regular maintenance as well as saving my car when a RAT got under my hood and ate my wiring! Highly recommend.
