Called Steve at 8 am and Sheldon was here at 1 pm. Sheldon called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Excellent, professional service. Troubleshooted the problem and fixed it right away. Thank you Bruder Plumbing & Heating for another excellent service call.

Be very careful if you hire Bruder Plumbing & Heating!!! We tried to use this business. Steve came to our home to give us an estimate. We agreed to have him do the work and he was to come in 10 days. He texted that a job was taking longer than normal and would have to post-pone for 4 days which was no problem for us. The night before I messaged to confirm and the next day I left a voice mail message as well as sent a text and he never showed up to do the job, nor have we ever heard from him again. We feel that is a terrible way to run a business. I do not recommend hiring this company!!!

We had such wonderful prompt customer service from the gentlemen at this company, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I phoned five weeks ago about a leaky sewage pipe in my house. They told us two weeks. We taped it and waited. I called in two weeks and left a message. They got back to me 3 days after my message and came to look at it on a Tuesday. Said they could likely fix it Friday and would call the day before to confirm. We didn't hear from them Thursday or Friday. I finally called the following Thursday and left a message. I called the next Monday and left a message. They finally phoned back a day later and said it would be another month. I'm not sure what's going on but that is terrible service. I won't be calling this company again.
