I've been here twice in the last couple years unfortunately and every time I've been here I've always gotten very good service. The staff are polite and always assure the best possible service they can give. I hope I don't have to come back but if I do need a body shop this is where I will be taking my car.

They fixed my wife's beetle after someone ran into it. Icbc wanted to write it off but craftsman helped us get the car fixed and we are still enjoying our car! Thanks for the great job Craftsman collision!

Raj and his team at the Scott Road location has provided me with tremendous service. I brought in my car for a spoiler install and paint and the end result is amazing! Not only did it exceed my expectations but they went above and beyond for me. Consistently giving me updates on the status of the project by additionally sending me photos as well. Keep up the great work and I will definitely be coming back in the future and sending recommendations to my family and friends.
Staff is very helpful and they gave me courtesy car when i dropped my car for repair. All other shops didn’t had courtesy car on the same day.
