Had an excellent experience with Phil! My van had a minor bumper scuff and Phil worked with me to find the right repair option. It was a pretty minor scuff, so he offered to spot paint it for much much cheaper than taking the bumper off for spraying (which is what other shops were quoting me). Work was done within the hour. Super friendly and professional.

Fixed my car due to ICBC, took care of everything and gave me a loner vehicle in the mean time. Car looked great and all the parts and everything they used were good quality. Would recommend!

The staff were quick curious light hearted and engaging. And though it being in the center of rock bay landing area, it was without hassle and was in fact quick and stress free in my experience even for such a stressful event that being said if ever I need to I will have them on my first stop and will recommend there services to others if ever the need arises.

Very unhappy with my experience here. Took my vehicle in to fix a dent on my drivers side. When I got the vehicle back, my driver door no longer locked from any other way other than by manually turning the key (keyless entry no longer worked, neither did the button on door). Craftsman refused to admit fault, said there was no way they caused the damage despite the fact that it was the door they had to remove, and the that it worked perfectly fine when I took it in. Now I have to get the dealership to run a diagnostic at my own expense to tell me what I already know: craftsman caused the damage. Now my vehicle is worse off than it was when I took it in.
