I had some water coming into my basement and wanted to get to the root of the problem and fix it so I could one day finish the basement. I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump. I called Crackmasters after getting recommended by my parents & old neighbours. I spoke with Tina over the phone who was VERY knowledgeable and went through their process with me. Knowing the age of my house, seeing photos of my concerns, and other key factors, she was able to determine that we only needed to fill the cracks. Jose came by and filled the two cracks - he was very knowledgeable as well, and went through everything with me. I did have some water come through a week later after a heavy rain, and he came back to inspect and look further into the matter. It all looks good now, and I am happy with the results & customer service. I am very pleased with their services, and that it's backed by a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend Crackmasters to anyone :)

Great repair job for the crack in my foundation that lead to leaking basement. Communicated with Tina over the phone/email and she helped me locate the exact position of the crack. Once that was done, a couple of options were provided and I chose to go with their polymer injection method. Jose came over to do the job soon after and was bang on time. Explained his process and got right to work. Cleaned up after himself and asked me to test it after 24hrs. It's been a few week since then and I'm happy to report that despite my aggressive testing (with garden hose) and some heavy rainfall, the seal is holding tight and everything is dry. Thanks team. Would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Crackmasters! It all started this past winter, when the rain, combined with the snow melt, resulted in water coming into my basement. I'm fairly lucky the cause wasn't anything major, but Tina was prompt and courteous when arranging the appointment and service. Jose was extremely polite and professional with the initial assessment and subsequent repairs. They had to come back a few times to fix other issues, (which, by the way, were all a result of the home builder). With each visit, I got the sense and feeling they just wanted to ensure the job was done right so I didn't have issues in the future. Great service!
Jim and his team were simply awesome from start to finish. These guys were very honest and professional which shows in the quality of their work - work that they truly enjoy and take pride in. They communicated extremely well to keep us apprised of how the project was progressing...even before the project started Jim had set expectations perfectly. They don't cut corners and did small things to go above and beyond the scope of work...they treated it like they'd treat their own home. The job was complete when they said it would be (even with some rain delays built it), clean up was great, and to top it all off...the price/value/investment was fantastic. I'll be 100% recommending them to anyone I know who has foundation issues...these guys are pros and really help make what is a somewhat stressful situation into a good one.
