My phone was dying within a few hour of use and would die anywhere between 0-93% battery life. Extremely frustrated I walked in, told the clerk what I was experiencing and I was expecting to have to go without a phone for quite some time. To my surprise, I was in and out in 20 minutes, I was given a 6 month warranty in case the battery is defective and I feel as though I just got a new phone. I have an iPhone 6 and it cost me 65 for the battery repair - not bad at all in my opinion. The service was fast, friendly and so far I am 100% satisfied with my phone repair. If I were to give one suggestion for improvement, it would have to be regarding the security of customer passwords. The clerk asked me for my phone password so that he could access my phone during repairs which makes sense, but is still an unsettling and invasive feeling. They also add it to their accounts database for future reference and personally, I don't like the idea of anyone having my password on file. To resolve this issue I simply turned off my pass-code so they could access my phone freely without the need for a password. However, a young boy came into the store after me and went through the same procedure where the clerk asked him for his password. Instead of being able to write it down or type it into the database himself, the young boy said his password to the clerk and I heard the whole thing. This is something that could be easily improved upon by taking some simple security measures such as having the customer disable the password or having the ability to type it into the system themselves or write it down on a sticky note and shred it once it's in the system. At the end of the day, I would still recommend this service to any of my friends, but I would advise them to take extra precautions to ensure their security.

1 star only because 0 stars not an option. Dropped off my cell phone because the loudspeaker needed replacing (I had already done a diagnostics test myself - I'm trained in electronics, the only reason for seeking a repair service was to get it done faster). After a 45 tax "bench fee" and 3 days later, I was told that the speaker wasn't working and needed to be replaced (really?? that's exactly what I told YOU!!) It took another week 45 to fix the phone. When I picked it up, the backing on the phone was EASILY peeling off. This was a waterproof Sony Aqua. Horrible service, way too expensive, and the worst quality repair I've ever seen. Best they could offer was a 15% discount. Not much considering they didn't return my phone messages and I had to make 2 extra trips out to the store, returning empty handed. My advice: save yourself a lot of time and money and do the repair yourself. This part was 5.95 with free shipping online. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube. Even if you're not trained in electronics, your 5-year old daughter could probably do a better job than these guys!
Great service. Fixed my phone in less than two hours, even though I thought it is not fixable and all my data is gone. When they called me and told me it's fixed, I couldn't believe it ... and then they said no extra charge. I was more than happy. Very, very good service. Recommend to everyone who has any issues with their phones or anything else related to electronics.
I brought my phone in for a screen repair (iPhone 5s), which ran around 150. But when I picked it up it was not sitting flat. I returned the next week and asked for it to be repaired. They happily obliged, and took my phone in at no charge. (5 star stuff) When I returned, they informed me that they had shorted out a connection on my home button (because disconnecting batteries when working on electronics is too much work). Now my thumbprint reader does not work at all. The manager called me and proceeded to blame apple that it costs too much for him to fix the part that they broke. After declining to fix it, he followed up with a "generous offer" to make up for this. He offered me 150 off of a new unlocked 5s. (which if you do the math, he basically offered to let me pay for a phone repair, then botched my phone repair, and then offered to let me finish paying for a full price phone instead.) I understand that the manager does not want to pay for the part that that broke because of the cost... But I would never return or recommend a business that is not willing to take responsibility for their their mishaps, regardless of the price. Customer satisfaction earned CPR 1 star.
I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Scott, I was unable to work with rogers on a free screen repair, however with Scott's help I was able to reach the correct person to have my rogers insurance cover it. The actual screen replacement took about half an hour and the phone looks fantastic. Excellent service, would recommend.
Came in. Dude with the Mohawk was awesome. Real upfront with repair costs, and we decided it was better I get a new phone for less money than repairing an old one. Sent me on my way to Rogers, and I picked myself up an iPhone. These people are very honest, and seem like they do it because they like it. Best service location I’ve been to. If I ever need a repair, I’m coming here! Ask for Scott’s card!!
My iPhone 6s fell into the pool two days ago. I didn't know what to do, so I called my friend who recommended CPR in Cambridge. Took my phone to these guys, the technician at the front desk explained the situation with water damage device and that they would try their best to get it up and running again. So... within THREE HOURS my phone was like new. Everything is working perfectly fine now. All that for 100 for the phone that costs around 700 in stores. I'm very satisfied with the service and recommend everyone who have any issues with their phones to bring them to these guys! They know what they're doing. Good work CPR!
The store did great work getting my data over from my old S5. The screen was trashed, and they were able to put a screen on temporarily and get the data off. I had some vital information on the phone which I absolutely needed. I'm very glad I could have gotten this data off. Thank you so much to the prompt, and professional service!
