Stumbled upon this place last summer when visiting the island and haven’t ordered coffee from anywhere else since. This is NOT a hipster coffee shop. Nothing pretentious or overpriced. Fast shipping. Haven’t met the owners but I’m already convinced that they are generous and experienced professionals who source and roast no-nonsense, genuinely great coffee.

Despite the professional appearance of the shop, the cappuccino was really really bad. The foam was bubbly and put on top of the espresso. Not the way a barista should prepare this. This is not a place I would recommend to sit down and enjoy espresso or any other coffee...

Ordered online to the mainland and was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within a couple business days. I love the variety that the roaster offers and it's all quality delicious coffee. I highly recommend trying out Coyote Roastery if you're around Parksville or ordering online. You won't be disappointed!

We love Coyotes! My husband and I come from out of town just to get their fresh beans for ourselves, and every Christmas holiday we get a large haul to send to our families all over the country. This coffee is so great, the Bali Blue Moon and the Decaf blend are must tries!!!
