Called in on a weekend and got on the water within the hour. Jamie was super helpful and Ven called us after to tell us where else in Cow Bay was good to see. Super friendly, great value kayak rentals! Highly recommend

Well prepared. First time kayaking in Cowichan Bay. Booked ahead. Everything was ready to go. I was pleased to see that they outfitted my kayak with all the necessary gear including a paddle float for self-rescue and an extra paddle. They also gave me a good briefing on some of the wave conditions that I might experience on my way to Genoa Bay. The Seaward kayak I used was an awesome fit and in great condition. I really enjoyed the kayak and trip to Genoa Bay and back.
