I called and spoke to Wendy on the phone. I was looking for an air cast and unfortunately due to the variety of different options, it is not a stock item. That being said she did let me know that I could come in and get one ordered but more than that, she also offered the name of another business in town to check that may have them in stock if I needed it right away. Being new to Brantford and not knowing the area well enough to know businesses to check, I am so happy that I called Cowell Home Health Care, they may not have had what I needed the time but the help was priceless to not have to research other places and I will definitely be calling there first for any medical equipment needs in the future.

Phoned looking for a scooter lift for the back of an SUV. They said they could order in the product, but didn't have anyone to install. Could not even recommend a local company for installation. WHY WOULD I BUY HERE? Asked them this and they said I was just stating the obvious. Better off to just go to the competition who installs.
