Guys from Covert installed our camera system and alarm for whole house about 3 years ago. We were very please with service provided. Always here when I need them. Last week we had a problem with our telephone line connecting to the alarm system. Took them less than 2 days to come and fix the problem. Fantastic service. Highly recommend them.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. These guys did our whole house cameras, speakers and alarm system. Within 3 years none of these items in my home work. I had a technician come and tell me that the HDR drive for the cameras is gone. The main control board for the speakers is gone and I'm not sure what's going on with my alarm. I have called them 3 or 4 times to see what they are willing to do for me because i feel that theybuses inferior oroducrs on my house. Every time i call them they say they will call me back its been 2 months and nkbody has called me back. The products they use are trash and the service is even worse. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

I rarely write reviews however I think this one is needed. Think twice before hiring these guys... We built a new house and we went through 2 technicians the first one didn't know what he was doing set the alarm up all wrong the second guy who came had to open up the panel and redo it all... Then the cctv recorder died a few weeks in, they replaced it pretty quick however a good company will service their clients even if the warranty period is over.. I spoke with Arvin on Friday last week who said would call back regarding my recorder that's acting up.. It's Thursday night still no call. This sort of service also happened in the past where a call would not be returned.. I don't know I like supporting small local businesses but it's shoty service like this that makes me think twice.
