I believe this building is a lovely experience if you are white. If you do not have children, especially children with disabilities. I have a child that i have to provide physical therapies to. Now the building has ordered me to stop doing these. Because 9 mins of aerobic activity after 9 am, which creates a sence of balence for his entire day. Is too disturbing. They state that my disabled child needs to be controled by parent at all times. No matter the reason. They have not offered any accomodations. In which we are entitled to. No compromises. I asked for them to help me find a solution. Life is hard enough dealing with my sons disability without being attacked daily. Then. The man below me came to my door while doing therapies with my kids and yelled in my face. I dont care about your son or your problems. I complained to the building nothing was done. I feel so degraded here. Any one can yell at me. The parking controle office that govers parking. They yelled at me till i cried. A nother tenant left me such a nasty note on my car. Nothing happened to these people. But i have certainly been threated with recommendation to evict. It is clear to me that young black and disabled is not welcomed here. Even my car was scratched several times by the car next to me. The parking refused to speak to me about it. I had to repeated conplain to get them just to contact the unit to advise them to stop scratching and denting my car. I feel like a second class resident here

Very new washers and dryers, nice pool in the back. Can be hard to turn left out of driveway during rushour. The LRT ringing protective arm bells are very annoying if you live facing them. The alarm warning bells are going off multiple times throughout the day, 7 days a week.
