Dr. Bell and his assistant took great care of my dad, very reassuring , thank you ! Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating :) . This office follows all guidelines to keep patients and staff safe .

I had an appt at 1145 and I was more than 10 minutes early (20 minutes early). I was told to wait outside in -25 degree weather. For me, it’s shocking a health care professional, like the nurse at the door, would recommend being outside for any period of time in this weather. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

I've always loved coming here, have had X-rays and seen many doctors here... Some of the ultrasound comments below are highly confusing and also highly questionable.... I have had over 10 ultrasounds in my life and not once does an ultrasound tech tell you what's wrong.... they aren't allowed to, they aren't doctors... There is nothing to walk you through... your imaging is sent to a dr who determines what's wrong and then you get a call if its bad or good or concerning.... can you imagine the implications and issues that would arise if a tech looked at you and said omg you have a tumour or something and its not!!!!! that would be awful...

Perhaps they should update on their website that the walk-in clinic is closed right now. Online it says it is open. Drove all the way there only for the girl at the front to be rather rude about it and telling me I can ONLY book a virtual appointment at Oshawa. I understand it being COVID and all but some people still need to physically see a doctor. If my doctor wasn’t on vacation I wouldn’t be in this situation but stuff happens. Working in healthcare myself I get it, you see a lot of people and your job can get frustrating. But don’t take it out on others and be rude about it. Otherwise you are in the wrong profession.
