I ordered a hitch mount bike rack locally 6 weeks previous, still no word. I found Trail Bicycles online and their website showed what I wanted in stock. Just to be sure I phoned, and yes it was in stock, and yes they would ship. The staff a Trail Bicycles were exceptionally courteous, and friendly and I have my rack in a week. Thank you truly great staff & service.
I can't recommend Trail Bicycles highly enough. The combination of selection, prices to fit every budget, knowledgeable staff and no over-selling have made it my go-to place for all of my biking needs!
Have loved this store for many years but cannot further support as they do not respect face covering exemptions, and they made my 5 year old wait outside alone as is unable to cover his face, despite the public health order clearly stating exemptions in their order and one of which that is exempt is any children under 12. Violating a public health order is not okay.
