The outlet at Cliffe and 17th in Courtenay was great. The staff member i spoke with was both courteous and knowledgeable. My issue was a little unusual in that I needed to have an older phone reconnected while my new phone receives a new front glass lens. The transition was smooth and i am very thankful for the problem solving.
