Partner went in (multiple times) with concern of a growth (CANCER) on his face. 2 dr.s played it off as nothing and did not respect his wishes for a biopsy. Months later at a walk in clinic they finally got the referral they were looking for. We found out it was cancer. Anyways, the scar on his face caused disfigurement. Deeply hurt and upset by 2 poor practicing doctors.

Dr. Nishio is an excellent family doctor. Always going above and beyond for our family and our 1 yr old daughter. Great support staff and medical team. Highly recommend new to the area or looking for a family practice.
Excellent Doctor, very professional & knowledgeable. Very efficient & friendly supporting staff.
Such an awesome, supported and understanding place. Doctors and desk girls are beyond awesome, super supported with whatever you need and really looks and research on how to help you and figure out what is wrong and help you get through it with what ever it is. Super understanding to any situation and doctors are very respectful on keeping personal things between you and them, no judgement on what you are going through and what you need. I rate this a 4 star, because their not perfect, but they are very much close, just needs a little more time with really finding out some situation and problems you have, but they try their best. very please specially as a teenager needing their support and medical needs a lot thank you everyone there, you guys are awesome:)
Absolutely terrible service. I have been with this office since I was a child. But, once Dr. Gornall retired and they moved up into the Lerwick complex the practice has really gone downhill. If you are a new patient searching office I suggest you look elsewhere. Every time I have made an appointment with them, it’s a minimum 30 minutes late before I am even seated in an exam room (30-50 minutes behind every time I’ve gone in). And by the time I finally get to see a doctor it seems like they are now just trying to catch up from being behind that I am rushed out of the room wishing a couple of minutes. The last time I talked to a doctor he barely even turned away from his computer screen to even fully acknowledge the knee pain I was having. “Sounds like this, here’s a form for an X-ray”. Now today I had. 2:10 appointment, 3 o’clock rolls around and I’m still in the waiting room. Had to leave because I had other appointments to get to. It’s frustrating that places continually operate like this and don’t see and problems with their ways. Not even so much as a simple sorry when telling them I had to leave.
