I am absolutely eternally grateful for my experience at NexGen Hearing in Courtenay. Starting with Maria for my booking of appointment and looking after all my questions and needs to my actual appointment with Susan. I was very skeptical I could be helped as I had a prior experience which was not successful with a different company. This was about 3 years ago. I decided to give it another try with NexGen. Best decision I have ever made. My job entails me to be on Zoom Meetings and Conference Calls. I was having great difficulty hearing the participants which led me to huge frustration as I was facilitating the meetings. My family was also becoming frustrated as I was always saying Pardon Me. During my appointment with Susan I was just a little skeptical that I would be able to hear. Let me tell you this was absolutely amazing. Susan and Maria are dedicated to make the experience as positive as possible. I have never had such amazing attention to detail. If you are having issues with saying Pardon Me and just tuning out, book an appointment and you will be so happy you did. Thankyou so much Maria and Susan for your attention to detail and amazing HUMAN Skills. I wish the best for both of you.
