Service was on time the deal with which included tire rotation was good value and the staff worker courteous
Rear brakes started making a horrible grinding noise. Asked for brake repair. The rotors were old and rusty, brake pads completely gone. Of all of the places in town I called, they gave me the best quote for the replacement. The rotors they put in came with a lifetime warranty. They were up front, honest, professional and just generally awesome. Exceptional service and very competitively priced. The definition of customer care.
Always friendly and patient, especially when I have questions or concerns. I trust them with my vehicle for unexpected issues and scheduled maintenance. Very efficient online booking system.
Worst Midas in BC, never go there! Went in for new shock and came out with a broken key, the driver door lock is now broken as it was forced with the wrong key (even tho I specified which key to use).. The rear hatch that was forced in and doesn't operate well anymore. Even the ignition has been damaged. The mechanic who worked on it, Rowan, admitted he forced the keyd when I talked to him and proceeded to denied it in front of Gary the sales person. As a miserable compensation they replaced the key, but refused to admit any wrong doing even tho they forced it in every lock until it was all bent!!!
