Very beautiful farm super peaceful
To all people, looking for a WWOOF stay on Innisfree Farms: Innisfree was the first Farm I've wwoofed. And what can I say? It was the best that could have happend to me! I am more than happy that it was possible for me to stay at this Farm at the beginning of spring, helping planting and doing the spring clean up. I felt always safe and comfortable. Chanchal and Thierry provided a nice place to sleep and lots of food for me and asked everyday if I am good with that or needed anything else. Selfmade (tasty) tee was available every time, too. Also we had lunch twice a week together (Thierry is a really good cook and even gave me all the leftovers after lunch). Moreover, I could have a bike to explore the beautiful area when I was off (beach, forest, Courtenay...). But often I just relaxed at the beautiful property in the afternoon, had a swim in the pond or walked the labyrinth there. I hope that one day I can come back for a visit! Thank you so much, Thierry and Chanchal, for making my first WWOOF stay unforgettable.
Visited this special place in a number of occasions over the past years, so wonderful to see it grow and to see the amazing tea rooms on weekends and the shop. And the Botanic Garden. An inspiration and one of my Favorite places to spend a few hours on the Island. So much to learn about plants, medicine and our environment . All power to your hoe Chanchal and Thierry.
What an amazing wealth of knowledge! I hope to go to more events at the farm in the future!
