My experience with Andrew sherrets started at the beginning of my plumbing apprenticeship, and has lasted to date 13 years. Andrew sherrets is Imo a integral part of plateau plumbings ( local well eatablished and recognized family owned business) success in the comox valley and outlying area's. The relationship ship built in great part and not without personal sacrifice by Pat and Daryl in the Courteney branch has made it possible for great unwavering success from every job opportunity from small well pump repairs to large upscale commercial projects. With these two often unacknowledged in the Pinnacle roles they offer and provide to us as a company and to myself daily. A big thank you to you both! It couldn't be done without YOU!

Good service in the show room i would highly recommend them 5 stars Plumbing department i would give 3 stars for service.. Really funny set up though in my opinion between the plumbing and show room if you ask for odd items they will always ship you off to the showroom pass the buck so to say .

Simmers Onwheels

I had a leaking faucet hose, they kindly brought in a replacement, which unfortunately was incorrect (due to my mistake). Realizing I was without a kitchen tap, Randy grabbed me the correct item from a new unit, and got my issue resolved. Way beyond normal service - definitely customer service here goes well past the original purchase. Thanks!

I'm sure this is a great place for the trades, but I would advise home owners to avoid, unless you like being talked to like dirt. Very rude (playing on their phone while I try to talk to them, acting like I am taking up their valuable time) and hostile staff if you have any question or hesitation about what you want. Some of the more senior staff seem friendly and knowledgeable, but they aren't on the desk. I think if businesses so clearly despise dealing with the public then they should be trade-only, instead of taking our money and making us feel unwelcome. I certainly won't be returning.
