I have known Channay Lloyd for over 20 years - I experienced and saw her rise up through the ranks as a top Junior rider in BC, Washington State and California. I trust Channay completely, she operates a safe, fun and wonderful learning environment for my children and myself. I trust Channay's opinions on suitable horses and goals for the showing and the right learning. My fourth (and hopefully final) rider is now learning under Channay's guidance.
The owners of Country lane farms were more than Amazing to deal with when I was breeding my mare. They went over and above to help me out as well as their wealth of knowledge on breeding. Their facilities are high class and horses are all extremely well looked after. Can’t wait for my Foal to arrive.
A beautiful place
The position and approach this barn took to a vicious attack by one of their stallions on other horses is reprehensible. Their stallion was not properly secured for the evening and as result was roaming the stables at an event and attacked a number of other stabled horses and ponies, almost causing the death of one of the attacked animals. The lack of responsibility shown by both the owner and stable shows no empathy or desire to do the right thing. The pictures are too disturbing to post here of the multiple attacks. For anyone who is thinking of doing business with this stable I would strongly suggest you consider the lack of moral fiber this place demonstrates
