Rather rude receptionist. I called asking about same day dentistry as it mentions it on their website, and my bf (in urgent pain) is looking for a new dentist after bad experiences at his last one. They asked who his dentist was, I mentioned where, and she curtly told me to call them then and hung up on me. Wow. Good way to get new business. Edit to business's response* Would have been nice to hear all that on the phone. I've already booked with another dentist, won't be coming here. To the owners: train your receptionists better, never turn away business outright even if you can't immediately accommodate them!

Great service from the front desk, thru dental assistants to the dentists themselves. Recommended. And email appt reminders!
