A wonderful experience from start to finish! We were greeted by the owners who were very helpful in learning about our past experience(s), if any, snowmobiling. They took us through the rules of safe riding and also explained the snowmobiles operations and trail system. Very Professional and friendly Owners and I will definitely be coming back...in fact, I've already booked our next experience....the trails are breathtaking....pinch me!

My friend and I rented snowmobiles from Cotton Company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Miriam and Steven are wonderful to deal with and are genuinely good people. They will ensure that you have a great experience. We look forward to the ATVs in the summer.

First time snowmobiler and it was great fun! Very responsive customer service. Miriam and Steven were both amazing. Was bored due to COVID and snowmobiling was not mandated to close during the lockdown. Booking with Miriam was very easy and quick responses via emails and text messages. Very clear instructions with a detailed map. Arrived at the location and Steven was waiting already with 2 good looking snowmobiles and waivers. Snowmobiles and helmets seemed like they were in good condition and clean. Steven has been one of the best guides ever and very knowledgeable. Bonus is that he’s experienced in tourist photography on iPhones. He’s very keen on helping you take great photos and even taught us a few tricks. Steven made the experience better than it already was. He’s patient, understanding, clear with instructions. We tried the 2 hour tour for 1 driver and 1 passenger which came out to 388.72 all-in. Not bad considering the equipment, guided tour and length of the tour. (I thought it was a bit funny because you can rent a small plane (C172) for about 200/hr excluding pilot costs, but I fly myself so...meh) Tour was about 1.5hrs navigating through terrain and 0.5hrs of zipping around a frozen lake at 80km/hr and 0.3hrs of toboggan fun. Very similar to ATVs but more similar to motorcycles and jet skis. All safe as long as you’re not being an idiot about things. About a 2hr drive from Toronto but well worth it. Great experience, would recommend and repeat. Thank you Miriam and Steven!
