Completely unprofessional. Do not book with these people. Tried booking a cottage for my husband, sent them everything they asked for and they cancelled without any explanation at all. Save your money and time and book with a more reliable source!

After communicating for at least two weeks with a representative from Cottage Rental Getaways, we (group of family & friends) booked a cottage for the last long weekend of the summer. Two days before the long weekend this company cancelled our reservation. They stated that the owners of the cottage changed their minds about renting their cottage out for that weekend. It doesn't matter if you've faxed all the paper work and paid your deposit, this company can cancel your plans at last minute. They were slow at responding to e-mails and they were often not available to speak on the phone.
