Been coming here for years. Randy and his team does an amazing job. Very good price too . Will go beyond to help .
Won't take my vehicles anywhere else! Randy and his team are the most honest, upfront mechanics I've ever met. Not only does he call you to confirm the work you need done BEFORE doing it, he informs you of the priority of each job so that you can decide what is affordable for you at that time. He breaks down the function, cost and time involved with each job and is always forthcoming about finding you the best deals. His Dad will even drive you into town while you wait for the work to be done and pick you up later. The level of customer service is out of this world. The guys there put in the good work and don't doddle doing it just to up their hourly rate like a lot of garages do. And they do a full inspection to make sure it's sounding right and SAFE before they let you drive off. The shop rate is fair and comparably cheap to most other Muskoka garages. And like I said, Randy goes the extra mile to find you the best deals on parts. Can't say enough good things about Cottage Country Auto, they're the ones to go to for quality, honest, efficient auto repairs.

I had a noise under my car for 2 years, and my mechanic in Toronto told me it was my rear driveshaft coupling. In Muskoka for the Summer, I saw all the positive reviews for Cottage Country Repairs on Google so I telephoned and spoke to Randy who impressed me, and I agreed to take the car in for a diagnosis. His people used a ‘car stethoscope’ on the car, while running the car up on a hoist, and discovered that the real cause of my noise was my 2 passenger side wheel bearings, which he replaced, and the noise has now completely gone. I was extremely impressed by Randy’s professionalism and clear communication through this whole process.
