A lady who I talked to was very nice and helpful. I asked her a couple questions regarding needle felting because I thought they carry some felts. They don't have much felt for needle felting but she helped me where to find it. Thank you so much.

I really love this place. I went to the store and the woman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find a yarn that was right for my project. I also order online, there were a few hiccups but the helpful and kind personal customer service I received more than made up for it. They have a good selection of yarn.

Ohmygosh, I'm so over the moon that we have a yarn shop at New Westminster!!! I'm loving the quay for this. It's right across the liquor store at the entrance to the market. It's small enough to spend hours looking at a large selection of quality yarns. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Susan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I love the colors, the choices, the feel of their selection of yarns! And they have sales! Thank you, Cosy Yarns!!!

I’m taking knitting lessons with Susan. She’s such a wonderful instructor. I highly recommend her lessons. And knitting’s so much fun, give it a try!

I've gone twice during business hours only to have it be closed for no apparent reason. Every experience I've had there when it was open has been good, but I never know if I'm actually going to be able to shop there when I make a trip down.
