Very friendly, professional staff who guided me through the hearing assessment and coming to groups with my hearing loss. Costco has great prices and service. No hassle pricing. A much better experience than with another clinic.
If I could give them a 10 I would. Very patient and thorough investigation of the health and hearing of the ears. I highly recommend them , however wait times for an appointment are a bit long and more staff could be hired. They are so patient especially with the elderly and take their time too explain and answer any and all questions.
5 Star Review. Paula is absolutely wonderful. After a life time of hearing tests I finally had to break down and get a hearing aid (37yr old). Paula was the only technician in my lifetime that actually took the time to sit down and explain what my hearing tests meant and why my ear drums looked they way they did (scarring due to ear infections). This was the first time in my life that someone explained it to me. She was thorough, pleasant and fantastic to deal with. From my first appointment to actually getting the hearing aid, she was with me every step of the way. I will happily recommend Paula at the Waterloo (Erb St) Costco to anyone!!
