After cancelling an order elsewhere (back order 2 months) I called Cosmo (first time) to see if they had my guitar available and how much time it would take to get here. That was March 29th and it got here March 31st delivered to my front door. VERY pleased so far but.... now I have to wait 24 hours for it to warm up safely before playing it. Thankfully there was a warning label on the box because like a 64 year old kid I wanted to rip it open and start playing it. THAT would have been a mistake. Attention to detail , pleasant phone staff and an easy online purchase guarantees that I'll always start here for any future purchases. Thanks everyone. Al D.

Bought My first Electric Guitar here today. I don't play guitar so i did some research on google prior to my visit. Staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite not knowing much of what i was asking for. They helped me every step of the way. Found everything within my budget. I was a bit intimidated entering the store as a complete neubie. But staff made the experience memorable and treated me with respect. 10/10 experience will be back in the future.

I purchased a travel guitar from Cosmo. The service was absolutely perfect. They did a price match over the phone, free shipping and absolutely no hassles with the price match. Price match or not, they were excellent and if you watch their videos, you will see they set up each guitar prior to shipping. Highly recommended. It’s a wonderland for musicians and audiophiles alike. The selection is awesome. I ordered a wireless mic and mixer online (for my virtual fitness classes) and delivery was very timely given the pandemic. And when I had questions, their phone customer service team was extremely patient and helped with every question I had. When shutdown restrictions were lightened, I went to go pick a PA speaker, and they took their time to help find the best solution for my budget. While I was waiting for them to retrieve the item from the warehouse, the guitarist in me was itching to walk into the guitar section and let me tell you, I was floored. Even the audio section is a podcaster’s heaven. They follow all the required COVID safety protocols. Definitely, my go-to for music and audio gear.

Friendly. Experienced musicians. Clean. Expansive guitar selection. Massive actually. Rob was THE guy and I can't put to words how helpful, patient and knowledgeable he was. Also, a "pretty decent" guitar player!! Prices are in line and better than most competitors and online "deals". Easy to get to and ample parking. There are customer bathrooms... weird piece of info, but if you are SHOPPING for an instrument, you will be there awhile (belive me) and the bathroom was a nice convenience.

Ordered guitar there for my kid. I received it very well packed, perfectly prepared, and fine tuned. Unfortunately gig bag was missing in the shipment, but support resolved this issue very quickly and responsibly. I am completely satisfied with the service level. Look for Andrew Lai. He went out of his way to meet my needs, even exceeded it. Felt more like a friend helping another friend pick out the perfect guitar than an employee at a store. He puts his heart into his work and the effort shows. He educates his customers. You walk out of the store with more knowledge about instruments in general even if you don’t buy anything if you’ve met Andrew. He is truly loved and respected by everyone around him. I’m really glad to have met him because I now have a story to tell about how we found my favourite guitar - glad it was him who helped me find it.
