So far these guys are the best service in town. Prices are extremely extremely competitive. We deal with them often. It is worth the drive even from the west end because Rex's customer service is so bad and these guys are always on the ball. You are in and out fast. They have tons of samples cut prepared so you can grab them to show customer if need be... Mo and Yosef are always a pleasure to deal with! Looking forward to more locations!

Cosmaroma installed and stained new stair treads and risers and also sanded and stained the existing posts and railing on our main staircase. They quickly provided an accurate and clear quote and started and finished the job within a week thereafter. Their work was very clean and efficient. The end result is exactly what we envisioned. We were so happy with the work on the main staircase that we had Cosmaroma return to do work on a second staircase, including installing and staining new stair treads and risers and sanding and staining the existing posts, hand rails and spindles. Again, they quickly provided an accurate and clear quote and started and finished the job within a week thereafter. Their work continued to be very clean and efficient. We could not be happier with the end result. If you have an older home in the city and are debating what to do with an older staircase, Cosmaroma can definitely breathe new life into it in a short period at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely the best customer service in the industry. Most suppliers that I go to make me feel like they’re doing me a favour. Not as Cosmaroma. All the staff their always go out of their way to help you and never make you feel like they are doing you a favour. And their prices are typically the best even if it’s by a couple bucks. Huge thumbs up for these guys!

What a positive experience from start to finish! We had some flooring done by a contractor and there were a few areas that were prematurely wearing. We called our contractor as we didn't have a warranty in hand. He contacted Cosmaroma and a very professional Rep for the flooring (Aron) visited us, assessed the situation and told us he would contact the store and have them contact us in return. Moe from Cosmaroma contacted us soon after and made arrangements to have the areas repaired. Moe was also efficient and professional and sent installers...like none other...to our home. They were punctual, tidy and did the most amazing job on our flooring. They were in and out like magic and actually cleaned up...inside and out after the job was done. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. The best customer service ever!!!

Been shopping at Cosmaroma Steeles Location since 2018.... and now 2020 im back renovating my Moms house, cant beat their prices and selections of Floors, Engineering, Hardwood, Laminate, Wood Stairs, Railings, Porcelain tiles Modern doors and handles, Faucets, Great Selection and Styles of Washroom Vanities, Mouldings, Baseboards, Casings, Trims, and much much more... All the Staff there is helpful patient,kind and they do their best to find you want you need even if they are out of stock they will GET IT FOR YOU!!! Great place,great service! I had a lot of shopping to do down there,I was in and out in less than an hour, thanks to MOE and his very professional support! Great variety of everything!I got a very nice stuff for my basement reno(bath stuff to):) very quickly and cheap!Thank you MOE and the 2 nice guys that helped me put all that stuff in the car!
